The Wine

The use of stainless steel tanks and a lack of oak influence allow this vibrant 92pt Hunter Valley Semillon to be a pure reflection of the grape and region, with minimal winemaking intervention. Aromas of lemon, lime, tonic and thyme lead to a citrus-loaded palate, with a focused line of minerality drawing you to a burst of natural acidity on the finish. A crisp 92pt Hunter classic with "plenty to like" (Ned Goodwin MW, Halliday Wine Companion).
