Wine Summary
This special edition ‘The Prize’ Black Pig Shiraz is made with prime fruit from a renowned McLaren Vale estate. Being a top-secret collaboration, we can't tell you which one, can’t even give handy clues, but it is a very fine estate with wines that sell for up to $90 a bottle. $35 a bottle for this prize red is great value (and if you're paying less than that you're onto a seriously good thing!) Look forward to heady aromas of lush black fruits with hints of white pepper and leather. The palate is overflowing with blackberry, plum and black cherry, wrapped in layers of vanilla and creamy chocolate. This is indeed a "corker of a porker". Enjoy!

Wine Summary
We believe you'll enjoy each velvety sip of this bright Clare Valley Cabernet – and find it as smooth and deep as a moonlit lake. Brims with cassis, black cherry and chocolate flavours, with expressive notes of violets. It has depth too, and you’ll find Moonlake can outshine many more expensive Cabernets.

Wine Summary
Tyrrell's is one of the most famous names in Australian wine. Founded in 1858 in the Hunter Valley, five generations later they still produce some of the country's finest wines. They are renowned for the world's best Semillon and produce many other wines with legendary status. Their list of awards includes Australia’s Best Winery, Winery of the Year 2010, Winemaker of the Year twice in 2004 and in 2009, 14 out of 19 Trophies at the Sydney Show and many more! In 1994 they made their first foray into Heathcote. The excellent structure and white pepper lift of this red are thanks to the ancient Cambrian soils, unique to this area. With firm structure, dense fruit and supple smokiness from 18 months in oak, it's best decanted early or cellared.

Wine Summary
A 'hart' is a term akin to stag, the name used for a male red deer. You can see The Hart proudly depicted on the front label of this beautiful 'limited release' Patronus Barossa Valley Pinot Noir. The Barossa might be known for its ripe, warming reds, but for those who know where to go, there are magical pockets of cool climate vineyards tucked between valleys and perched on hillsides. This is where winemaker Andrea Maxwell discovered the special parcel of Pinot Noir which made its way into The Hart Pinot Noir. The wine is light and fruity with aromas of green strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb. It is juicy yet soft and rounded with subtle spice and earthy notes – and its considerable charms have already won it a Gold. A fun and easy drinking red, especially when chilled 20 minutes before serving.
